Simple & Secure Payment Options

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments for your convenience. To streamline your experience, we keep a card on file; your card is charged after the grooming service is completed and approved by you.

Health, Safety & Vaccination Requirements

Your pet's health and safety are our top priorities! To protect all pets in our care, we require that all dogs be current on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses.

Pennsylvania state law requires:

  • All dogs must be up to date on their rabies vaccine to be groomed

  • Dogs with a valid medical exemption from a licensed veterinarian may be groomed without a current rabies vaccine, but documentation must be provided in advance

For everyone's safety:

  • If aggressive behavior is observed and cannot be safely managed, we may need to pause or discontinue services to protect both your pet and our grooming team

  • All grooming tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitized between appointments

Flexible Appointment Scheduling

We've made booking easy and convenient! Schedule your appointment online or by phone, we're here to work with your busy lifestyle. Need a same-day appointment? We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

Our mobile service includes a one-hour arrival window, and if you won't be home during your appointment, simply leave a key on file or share access instructions (such as a door or garage code). We'll take care of everything!

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Life happens, and we understand plans change! To ensure we can serve all our clients fairly, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Our cancellation fees are as follows:

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: $40 fee

  • Cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment: 50% of the service cost

  • No-shows (not home or unable to groom): 50% of the service cost

To maintain quality service for all clients, frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in paused service:

  • 3 or more cancellations within 9 months

  • 2 or more no-shows within 4 months

Respectful Service Standards

We treat your pets with compassion, patience, and care, and we kindly ask for respectful behavior in return. Creating a safe, positive environment is essential for quality grooming. Any conduct that puts our team at risk will result in the immediate end of the session and may lead to discontinued service.

Your Satisfaction Matters

We want you to absolutely love your pup's groom! If you're not fully satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll schedule a complimentary follow-up appointment to make any necessary adjustments.

Please note: Refunds are not offered when a style was agreed upon in advance or if a requested correction is declined.
