What Does L&B Stand For?
L&B Mobile Dog Grooming is named after our beloved family dogs—Lana and Bailey—the two furry family members who inspired us to create a better grooming experience for dogs across Pittsburgh.
Why We Started L&B
Here at L&B, we know that dogs aren't just pets, they're family. Owners Lauren and Chuck founded L&B Mobile Dog Grooming because they lived the struggle of finding a groomer they could truly trust with their own dogs.
Bailey, their lovable wiggle butt, experiences big feelings that sometimes show up as fearful behavior. Lana will kiss your face at every opportunity but can be reactive around other dogs. As devoted dog parents, Lauren and Chuck needed a groomer who would work at their dogs' pace, understand their unique personalities, and prioritize their comfort above all else.
After an exhausting and unsuccessful search for the right groomer, they realized other Pittsburgh families were facing the same challenge. That's when they made the decision: if they couldn't find the patient, compassionate grooming service their dogs deserved, they would create it themselves.
