Zoe has been grooming professionally since 2019 and has held her grooming certification for over five years. She always knew she wanted to work with animals and originally considered veterinary medicine, but after trying grooming she fell in love with it and never looked back.

She trained through PetSmart’s Grooming Academy, went on to work in independent salons, earned a certification in animal handling, and continues to expand her education whenever possible. Her favorite appointment is a full scissor cut on a Pomeranian—she loves the precision and their fun, fluffy personalities.

What she enjoys most about grooming is the variety; every day brings different breeds, ages, and quirks. She’s also passionate about skin and coat health and loves educating pet parents on how supplements can dramatically improve coat shine and reduce dryness.  

Outside of grooming, Zoe shares a lively home with three dogs—Bubbles the French Bulldog, Buttercup the Dachshund, and Bo the Maltipoo—and two black-and-white cats, Syd Vicious and Mojo. Her first pet was actually a bearded dragon, and she still has a soft spot for reptiles.

When she’s not grooming, you can find her spending time with her husband, playing games, or enjoying the outdoors with family.

Anna has been grooming professionally since 2014 and discovered her passion for animals at a very young age—her first word was “dog.” Originally considering a career in veterinary medicine, her path changed after starting as a bather at Petco and entering their grooming certification program. She hasn’t looked back since.

Over the years, Anna has earned her AKC Safe Groomer certification, CPR and first aid certifications, and most recently became certified in geriatric grooming. She is currently working toward becoming a master groomer. Her favorite part of grooming is building lasting relationships with dogs and their owners, many of whom feel like family. She loves learning each dog’s unique quirks and creating a calm, positive, and stress-free experience—especially for nervous pups. Sporting breeds are her absolute favorite to groom, thanks to their loyal personalities and fun energy.

Outside of grooming, Anna shares her life with three beloved pets: Boomer, a terrier mix with a big personality; Leia, a Lab mix who’s equal parts princess and athlete; and Nestle, a sweet Cocker Spaniel who takes life at his own relaxed pace. When she’s not grooming, you’ll likely find her enjoying trail walks with her dogs and her boyfriend.

Ryan has been grooming professionally for just under a decade and knew early on that he wanted a career he truly enjoyed.

With a lifelong love for dogs, grooming felt like a natural fit—and one that allows him to do what he loves every day. Ryan brings patience, care, and genuine affection to every appointment, treating each dog as if they were his own.

He especially enjoys grooming small dogs like Shih Tzus and Yorkies, but his philosophy is simple: he loves all dogs and considers himself lucky to work with so many different personalities.

One thing he wishes every pet parent knew is just how important dental care is—regular tooth brushing can make a huge difference in a dog’s overall health and comfort.

At home, Ryan has a full house with five dogs: three Chihuahua mixes named BB, CC, and DD; Roxie, an American Staffordshire Bull Terrier; and Bentley, a 15-year-old Shih Tzu/Cocker Spaniel mix.

Outside of grooming, Ryan enjoys relaxing at home, dedicating time to rescue shelters through fostering and donated grooming services, and rocking out in the garage with his bandmates.

A fun surprise? He’s also a classically trained musician and once played in an emo rock band that released an album.
