Appointment Times
Any appointment time or appointment arrival window that is provided by L&B Mobile Dog Grooming is an estimated time of arrival
As a mobile service, our schedule is subject to interruptions and delays, such as, but not limited to: refueling, traffic & construction, weather, bio breaks in-between appts, dogs taking more time or less time than anticipated to groom, etc.
Appointment times may be shifted in order to accomodate travel times inbetween appointments. L&B Mobile Dog Grooming will notify you if your appt arrival window changes by more than 15 minutes.
Key on File Service
L&B Mobile Dog Grooming offers a ‘key on file service’
Client provides L&B Mobile Dog Grooming with a key to keep on file, a garage code, or some other form of access to the home
L&B Mobile Dog Grooming will come by at your scheduled grooming appointment time to care of your pet, the client leaves a form of payment, cash or check or we will send you an invoice
L&B Mobile Dog Grooming will not be held responsible for damages to your home or property or theft while on the service call grooming your pets
Cancellation and no show policy
On rare occasions, L&B Mobile Dog Grooming may need to cancel your appointment due to equipment failure, weather, illness, etc.
Every effort will be made to contact you to reschedule as soon as possible
L&B Mobile Dog Grooming understands that things happen and cancellations my occur
If you cannot keep your appointment, please contact L&B Mobile Dog Grooming at least 48 hours in advance
Failure to notify L&B Mobile Dog Grooming 48 hours before your appointment time will result in a $40 fee that will need to be paid before your pet’s next appt
If you are not home at the time of your pet’s grooming appt and L&B Mobile Dog Grooming does not have a key on file, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled total for your groom which must be paid before your pets next grooming appt
If two no shows occur, L&B Mobile Dog Grooming will no longer be able to groom you pet and will cancel any future appointments
Pictures
By booking with L&B Mobile Dog Grooming, you are consenting that L&B Mobile Dog Grooming may take pictures of your pet, before and after grooming, and utilize the same for our website and social media for any and all advertising purposes at L&B Mobile Dog Grooming discretion
Puppies
L&B Mobile Dog Grooming wants your puppy's first few visits to be as pleasant as possible and will make every effort to do so by starting with the most simple haircuts
Your puppy should enjoy grooming and, to encourage this, a puppy's first haircut is not guaranteed
Alternative Services Recommendation
L&B Mobile Dog Grooming’s staff will perform all requested grooming services unless they feel that they or the pet will risk injury or that the pet will get too stressed from the procedure
Occasionally, some procedures, such as cutting nails, are just too stressful for some of our furry friends and are best left to a veterinarian
Card on File
Unfortunately, due to past customers not paying invoices for services provided, we now require that customers keep a card on file
L&B Mobile Dog Groomiing staff will not process any payments to any cards on file unless requested
All credit card information is stored in and processed through Square, which is a secure payment processor
No credit card information is stored in our grooming software so L&B Mobile Dog Grooming staff cannot access your information
If you would like to pay for services with a card on file, a 15% tip will automatically be applied to your invoice if you wish to tip through the card on file
By booking an appt for your pet with L&B Mobile Dog Grooming you are agreeing to all of the above policies and procedures
